🟣 Responsibilities

1-Communicate with clients Be the main contact for clients, taking their orders and managing them with care and professionalism. This includes understanding their needs and keeping them informed about project progress and updates.

2-Generate Ideas Brainstorm, search and conceptualize creatives like banners, videos, and other promotional materials suited to different games and genres. This means keeping up with industry trends and understanding the target audience.

3-Assign and Manage Tasks Assign tasks to creators based on their skills and availability. Make sure tasks are assigned effectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Use the company’s and clients’ task-tracking tools to manage and keep track of task progress.

4-Give Feedback and Ensure Quality Give constructive feedback to creators on their work, guiding them to meet project requirements and maintain consistent quality. The feedback should be clear, actionable, and encouraging for their growth. Ensure high-quality standards throughout the creative production process. Review work to make sure it meets project requirements, follows brand guidelines, and resonates with the target audience.

5-Collaborate and Coordinate Create a collaborative working environment by encouraging open communication between team members and clients. Keep clear records of project details, including client requests, project milestones, feedback, and revisions. Share regular updates on project progress to relevant stakeholders.

6-Deliver Projects to Clients

Manage the delivery of final creative assets to clients, making sure all files are well-organized and meet the client's requirements. This also includes handling any feedback or revisions from the client if needed.

7-Be Flexible and Creative Stay open to new ideas and approaches. Always look for creative solutions to challenges and work to improve the process and the quality of the final product.
